Saddles are given on a 3 day trial from the day after it has arrived with yourself, via courier.

You are therefore encouraged to then trial the saddle for fit and check the fit with a qualified saddler.

If it doesn’t fit, you are to return the day after the 3 day trial .

The saddle needs to be returned in the same condition that it went out in. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Upon inspection of the saddle being returned in the same condition, it went into. The cost of saddle will be returned minus any postage costs on either side.
